In order to fully utilise Link's social media networks, we suggested using Hootsuite as it's easier to manage & monitor various platforms. 

 

Key inputs include; post scheduling, how to track your analytics and the Hootsuite academy which is useful as this training will allow Link to continue to learn about how to both manage and grow their online community after the campaign is over.

We successfully met the client’s objectives with this outcome as the client was pleased with the presentation and document brief, stating that is was both helpful and very comprehensive.

We measured the outcome by having each of the four people viewing the presentation fill out a survey with the following four questions:
